If you haven’t been aware of this monster, let me tell you how this modified Maruti Suzuki Gypsy rules the roads!
History of Maruti Suzuki Gypsy:
In 1985, after the SS80 hatchback and the Omni passenger van, Maruti Suzuki offered its 3rd vehicle “Gypsy” in India. With its 970-cc engine, carburetted F10A engine the car produced a maximum power of 45 bhp and was mated to a four-speed gearbox.
Later in 1996, Maruti Esteem has added to the list and came with a sprightliness 1.0L petrol engine and captured a huge place in the Indian market. After a decade, Maruti introduced the Millenium engine cars with a fuel injection system following stricter emission norms produced by the government. And after a glorious inning of 33 years in the Indian market, the car was discontinued in March 2019.
Over the years many brands have launched their SUVs with modern specifications but none of the others can’t resist this power-packed machine. This old-style peppy SUV was ruling the roads with its powerful 16-valve MPFI G13BB engine which churns out a maximum of power of 80 Bhp and 103 Nm of torque respectively in stock condition.
